Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you how and why we process the personal data you share when you use our website and contact us through online booking, WhatsApp, phone or email. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.
Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: name, surname, phone number, email address
- Appointment details: the date and time you choose, the treatment you are interested in and your booking note
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information; usage analytics only if you give consent
Please do not write detailed information about your health in the booking note, WhatsApp messages or emails. This information is taken during the consultation, with the necessary safeguards.

- To receive and schedule your appointment request and contact you
- To answer your questions
- To keep the website secure and working
- If you consent, to measure how the website is used and improve its content
- To meet our legal obligations
How data is collected and legal basis
Your data is collected, partly by automated means, through the online booking system, WhatsApp, phone, email and cookies. It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, it is necessary to meet our legal obligations, and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only with authorised public bodies where required by law, and with the following service providers to the extent their service requires:
- Online booking: Cal.com (booking calendar) and Google Calendar, where appointments are recorded
- Hosting and security: Cloudflare
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics
- Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), when you use the WhatsApp button
These providers may use servers outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention
Appointment and contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the periods required by law, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK and to ask that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
